This is the first time this conference has taken place in Hong Kong and CUHK Faculty of Law has the ambition to hold it every year in the future. Last year, the Law Faculty was delighted to be able to co-organise the Forum with the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment (CCSI), a joint center of Columbia Law School and the Earth Institute at Columbia University and Oxfam Hong Kong (OHK). There were a number of scientific sessions and panel discussion, including a presentation of various papers with the participation of some of the most renowned scholars and lawyers in international investment law.
